More About Me

  • At SaverLife, I was tasked with developing a solution for employers, financial institutions, and community-based organizations to support their employees and members in building emergency savings. I managed the development, implementation, and maintenance of the program. I led user and market research, served as the voice of the customer with the product team, and project-managed large scale launches, including five large employers and two credit unions.

  • I built the Fitbit Customer Success team from the ground up and managed five employees. I guided the team by creating the playbook for managing key enterprise clients. I fostered the growth of my team members by providing opportunities for development and advancement.

  • As the programs leader for Alameda County at Tandem, I developed and fostered strong relationships with key community partners including local school districts, faith-based organizations, local government agencies, and other nonprofits. I developed our partner strategy based on community needs assessments and identifying organizations with a strong community presence in high-need areas.

  • As a consultant with Commonwealth, I led the writing of multiple research briefs to inform policy initiatives to increase emergency savings program participation, particularly among individuals on low and moderate incomes.
